Hydroseeding
Hydro seeding is a method of seed, mulch and fertilizer application.
Any combination of seed varieties can be put into the solution at any rate per acre.
Mulch, fertilizer and
glue are added to water to make a slurry. The slurry is then sprayed onto the ground. This is a very effective
method of rehabilitation against soil erosion.
Erosion Control
Hydroseeding typically costs 50-80% less than the price of sod
and is much healthier, greener and longer lasting. To boost effectiveness Hessian / Soilsaver blankets can be installed.
Hydroseeding has the ability to cover large, difficult and inaccessible areas and suitable for a wide array of jobsites and applications.
The germination process starts immediately after application.
